(1) When a subject is discussed in the committee or sub-committee, if the concerned minister deems it necessary after looking at the nature of the subject, he may take the concerned official or expert of the Government of Nepal to the committee with the permission of the chairman to give clear information about the subject. Accordingly, it will be the duty of such officer or expert to attend the committee and give clear information about the necessary matters.
(2) If the committee deems it necessary, it may also invite the representatives and experts of the relevant parties or interest groups and take suggestions.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), it shall be the duty of the representatives and experts of such parties or interested groups or interest groups to attend the committee and provide clear information on the necessary matters.
